About Commendation of the Company’s Outstanding Employees for 2021 Pass Report

To all departments:

for Leverage the incentive effect to boost employees’ work enthusiasm. In accordance with the Company’s Performance Appraisal Management Regulations and guided by the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, a comprehensive assessment was conducted based on departmental recommendations and consideration of routine performance evaluations, ultimately resulting in the selection of One outstanding contributor, three excellent employees, and five employees who demonstrate proactive work attitudes have been commended and publicly recognized.
