Joint Venture and Cooperation
As the largest commercial and service-oriented propylene trading company in China, we have entered into long-term supply agreements with numerous propylene-based traders and manufacturers across the country, including both Fortune Global 500 state-owned enterprises and robust local private firms. Adhering to the service philosophy of “high quality, contract integrity, and credibility,” and maintaining a strong corporate image, our years of collaboration have not only fostered solid and stable partnerships but also resulted in steady year-on-year growth in both trade volume and value.
To expand its propylene procurement and sales volume, the company has entered into propylene purchase agreements with international suppliers, with customers spanning the South Korean market—including Hyundai Energy, SK Advanced, SK E&S, and Daelim/YNCC—alongside the Taiwanese market, represented by Formosa Plastics Corporation and CPC Corporation, Taiwan, as well as the Southeast Asian market, including PTT Trading Company, among others. These efforts are aimed at accelerating the rapid growth of the company’s sales scale and overall performance.
The company is continuously expanding its business scope and penetrating the downstream polypropylene powder market. By engaging in propylene contract processing with numerous manufacturing enterprises, it can produce 5,000 to 10,000 metric tons of polypropylene powder each month, thereby increasing the company’s trading volume and profitability. The company has already partnered with Jiangsu Blue Planet Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. on a major propylene oxide production project. This project utilizes an internationally advanced HPPO process package and employs the direct oxidation (HPPO) process. This process is a clean, environmentally friendly technology and is classified as an encouraged project under the National Industrial Structure Adjustment Guidance Catalog (2019, Revised Edition). Propylene oxide is the third-largest propylene derivative after polypropylene and acrylonitrile, primarily used in the production of polyethers, propylene glycol, and other derivatives. These derivatives find extensive applications across industries such as automotive, construction, food, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. To date, nearly one hundred downstream products have been manufactured, making propylene oxide a crucial raw material for fine chemical products.
The company will collaborate with Hangzhou Puli Materials Technology Co., Ltd. on a polyester polyol production project. Established in 2017, Hangzhou Puli Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the research, development, and production of biodegradable polycarbonate plastics and carbon dioxide-based polyester polyols. The company aims to address shortcomings in China’s development and industrial-scale production of biodegradable plastics by exploring technological approaches for synthesizing biodegradable materials from non-petroleum feedstocks, thereby reducing material costs, minimizing pollutant emissions, and mitigating the global greenhouse effect. Guided by a green and environmentally friendly strategic vision, the company uses the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide as a raw material to produce value-added plastics, marking a new step forward in energy conservation, emission reduction, and sustainable development technologies.
