On September 24, 2021, Ningbo Lingzhou Chemical Co., Ltd. held the launch ceremony for its NetSuite ERP project in collaboration with Oracle and Hande. Dong Bingchuan, Director of Consulting for NetSuite China; Lin Junbin, General Manager of Hande’s NetSuite Division; Ling Haoming, Chairman of Lingzhou Chemical; Zhou Jianhuai, General Manager of Lingzhou Chemical; and other representatives from both implementing parties witnessed the ceremony. The company’s initiation of this intelligent ERP management project is one of its key innovation-driven initiatives for the year and carries significant strategic importance. Successful implementation of the ERP project will substantially enhance operational efficiency, enable Lingzhou Chemical to better align with modern enterprise management practices, provide robust IT support for the company’s overall strategy, and lay the foundation for building an integrated financial-and-business platform across the enterprise. The company’s leadership has placed great emphasis on the execution and operation of this intelligent ERP management project, establishing a dedicated project team responsible for preliminary research, quality monitoring, and final acceptance. Team members approach every detail of the implementation with a strong sense of responsibility, striving for excellence and delivering results that fully satisfy the company. All relevant departments within the company are both users and beneficiaries of the intelligent ERP system. During the project’s implementation, these departments have diligently identified their specific needs and provided timely feedback to the ERP project team, enabling Hande to make appropriate adjustments. In turn, each department is fully committed to supporting the ERP team’s work: actively preparing and providing the resources requested by Hande, promptly responding to and swiftly resolving issues raised by the ERP team, and ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of information exchange throughout the integration process—thus guaranteeing that the ERP system fully meets the company’s management requirements. The ERP project team was ultimately selected through a competitive bidding and negotiation process and has been officially recognized by the company as the partner responsible for implementing the project and managing information related to Lingzhou Chemical’s trading and logistics operations.
